are several different ways you can contact the credit union.
All incoming calls are answered by EECU employees in our centralized
Phone Center. If you need to speak to a specific branch or
department employee, one of our friendly Phone Center employees
will be happy to transfer your call.

We do receive a large volume of e-mail and make every attempt
to respond in a timely manner. In most cases, you’ll receive
an e-mail response the same business day. However, if you
have an urgent matter requiring immediate attention, please
call us.
