Important Notice for EECU On-Line and Bill Payer Users

Effective November 20, 2001, EECU is updating data encryption requirements for members to access the EECU On-Line Internet Banking service and EZ Pay PC bill payer service. This security enhancement will add additional protection for you when accessing your credit union accounts through our web site.

Therefore, in order to access your accounts through EECU On-Line and pay bills, you must use a web browser utilizing 128-bit data encryption.

Microsoft Internet Explorer Users:
You can verify whether or not your version uses 128-bit data encryption by selecting the "Help" pull down menu and then selecting "About Internet Explorer." If the cipher strength number is lower than 128-bit, you need the upgrade, which is located at:

Netscape Navigator Users:
Verify your browser strength at:

AOL users:

AOL versions 4.7 or newer load the default browser on the user's computer. Therefore, you should check your default browser to see if an upgrade is necessary.
