We Remember and We'll Never Forget

EECU mourns the tragic loss of thousands of innocent Americans who were victims of the horrific terrorist acts committed against the nation on September 11, 2001. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and friends of the victims.

Like many other individuals and organizations across America, your credit union feels obligated to help. While EECU has made a corporate donation to the American Red Cross, there are also other worthwhile relief efforts needing assistance.

Below are ways you can help make a difference:

American Red Cross: Blood donation number (800) 448-3543. You can also make a cash donation for the American Red Cross National Disaster Relief Fund via secure online donation form.

New York Firefighters Fund
. All proceeds go to the New York Firefighters 911 Disaster Relief Fund. Contribute via secure online donation form.

Save the Children: (800) 728-3843. Contribute to help strengthen counseling and crisis support services via secure online donation form.

Salvation Army: (800) 725-2769. Contribute to the Salvation Army's disaster relief efforts using a secure online donation form.

Silver Shield Foundation: Provides scholarship money to children of lost firefighters and police officers.

Housing Relief Fund: Helps pay the mortgage and rental costs of the families devastated by the terrorist attacks in New York and Washington, D.C. From the National Association of Realtors.
